Meeting our high standards for customer service and product quality requires dedication from the staff at Absolute Software. With a growing number of customers and the engineering team fully committed to delivering products, it was decided that our customers need someone dedicated to handling their enquiries, managing the capture of their project requirements, providing accurate quotes and project plans and representing their interests during product development. So we have added Michael Randle to the team to fill this role.
Michael Randle
Michael has spent fifteen years developing embedded software on numerous platforms and for a wide range of applications. His career started in the development of software for ruggedised handheld computers, during which time he was involved in both customer and sales support. He then moved into mobile telecoms, specialising in hardware abstraction layer and telephony sub-systems.
In addition to a large number of technologies, Michael is experienced in Software Project Management and Quality Management Systems, which have taken him into an increasingly customer-facing role. Following a period of work as a freelance Software Architect, Michael now looks forward to putting his skills and experience to use in ensuring that the service we provide to you is of the highest possible standard.
