Windows - Hardware Interfaces

We can interface your hardware to a PC in a number of different ways. USB and Ethernet are commonly used for newly developed hardware. We have experience of developing both USB drivers and TCP/IP client applications for PCs.

For existing or legacy hardware, we can support a wide range of interfaces, including Infra-red (IRDA) and wired serial connections (eg RS232, RS485).

Our experience in both embedded and Windows programming means that we can provide a complete solution, including the design of interface protocols, to get your new hardware seamlessly integrated with our front end PC software.

With the low cost and widespread availability of PC systems, a wide range of hardware can now benefit from a front end Windows application. A common requirement is for production testing, and weve developed a number of PC applications which allow clients to comprehensively and efficiently test their hardware at production time.
